A concept validation project begins with a day-long worksession with your team to review current strategy. Secondary and primary research is then carried out, including review of internal documents, and conversations with market analysts and prospects designed to solicit candid opinions. (Due to the confidential nature of these interviews, discussion guides are drafted and reviewed with the client, and interviews are done under NDA if necessary.)
Results are analyzed, and conclusions are made and presented.
